ServiceNow CSDM Developer Role: ServiceNow CSDM Developer - Consultancy Opportunity Start Date: ASAP End Date: 30-06-2025 Location: Stockholm, Sweden Ways of working: hybrid Description: Our client is looking for a ServiceNow CSDM Developer to join our CMDB team and the design and enhancement of our Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB. Key skills: * ServiceNow CMDB * ServiceNow CSDM * JavaScript * Glide * ITIL Requirements: * 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (v3.0 or later). * Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow configuration. * Solid understanding of ITIL v4 and ServiceNow platform architecture. * Experience in data modeling, CI class design, and CMDB health improvements. * Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to explain complex models in simple terms * ServiceNow certifications (CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery, CSA) preferred. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement CSDM-aligned CMDB structures and relationships. * Configure and manage Application Services, Business Applications, and Service Offerings. * Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations across other ServiceNow modules and discovery tools like ITOM and BMC Remedy. * Develop scripts, workflows, and dashboards to improve data quality and automation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service visibility and data governance.
