Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Drive and further develop the Logistics Development roadmap and implementation plan
  • Lead investment projects and pre-studies within logistics development, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose efficient logistics solutions within industrial operations
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to secure progress, manage dependencies, and ensure effective communication
  • Support decision-making by preparing clear presentations, analyses, and documentation

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years of solid experience in industrial logistics principles and methods (e.g., Kanban, 2-bin, Kitting, JiT)
  • 3–5 years of experience working with WMS systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and preferably Swedish
  • A structured, proactive approach and the ability to drive initiatives independently
