Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies and standards across the organization.
• Establish and manage data ownership, stewardship and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, security and responsible data use.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance and Business Units to align data governance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain a common data strategy and roadmap to support long-term data governance maturity.
• Drive data literacy, accountability and responsible data usage throughout the organization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and resolve data-related issues.
• Support the organization in embedding data governance practices into daily operations to enable compliant, data-driven decision-making.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 5–6 years of experience in data management and data governance.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, standards and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation, leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional and global environments.
