Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer – Java & TypeScript (AWS) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop backend software applications using Java, including related test development.
• Build serverless services in AWS using Node.js/TypeScript.
• Deploy, operate and maintain cloud-based applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Contribute to solution design and participate in architectural discussions for new functionality.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, UX, BA, QA, Scrum Master and Product Owner to deliver high-quality services.
• Support Diagnostics & Service Planning by transforming customer needs into scalable digital services.
• Continuously evaluate and improve code quality, reduce technical debt and drive best practices within the team.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as a backend developer, including work in automotive and microservices environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in AWS microservices and serverless solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Spring, SQL, Git, Linux and REST-based architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand customer value and deliver software that meets real operational needs.
• Experience contributing as a senior developer within a cross-functional team.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
• Experience with React front-end development is beneficial.
• Fluency in Swedish is beneficial
