Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical writer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Create clear, standardized diagnostic-related service information that supports workshops in troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing vehicles
• Develop high-quality content including fault code descriptions, step-by-step diagnostic and calibration guides, component information, UI texts, technical illustrations, and function descriptions
• Ensure all content is fully integrated into the company’s diagnostic systems and tools
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and work with platforms such as OAS, Catalyst, production and diagnostic environments, and GitLab
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment with established guidelines, processes, and technical standards

What you bring:

• Relevant education or professional experience in Technical Communication, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in vehicles and diagnostics
• Experience or understanding of AI-supported technical writing (meriting)
• Skills in UX or front-end development (meriting)
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
