Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Functional Safety & Cyber Security Process Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Establish and implement a complete development process that fulfills ASIL D requirements
• Design a unified framework that integrates both Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434)
• Define methods, workflows, templates, and governance needed for a compliant safety-critical development lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and security teams to ensure alignment across all functions
• Identify process gaps, assess risks, and propose improvements to secure compliance and operational efficiency
• Support teams in adopting the new processes through guidance, training, and documentation
• Ensure that safety and cybersecurity requirements are traceable, validated, and embedded throughout the development cycle

What you bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience establishing or managing development processes compliant with ASIL D
• Strong understanding of ISO 26262, including system, hardware, and software safety requirements
• Experience integrating Cyber Security processes, preferably based on ISO/SAE 21434
• Proven ability to design unified, cross-functional development processes for safety-critical systems
• Background in automotive or other regulated safety-critical domains
• Strong analytical, documentation, and process-design skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide teams in adopting new ways of working
• Clear motivation demonstrating your previous experience and relevance to this assignment
