Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead, support and continuously improve GTT’s IT security capabilities in line with the security vision and strategy
• Ensure information assets are protected against cyber threats such as data theft, compromise and unavailability
• Manage and maintain IT security standards, guidelines and best practices across the organization
• Identify, assess and follow up on IT security risks, ensuring proper mitigation actions
• Recommend and drive IT security enhancements, improvements and corrective measures
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business to strengthen security posture and awareness
• Contribute to secure processes, governance and compliance related to cybersecurity and information protection

What you bring:

• 2–5 years of experience within IT security, cybersecurity or information protection
• Solid understanding of IT security standards, policies and risk management practices
• Ability to analyze threats, identify vulnerabilities and propose appropriate mitigation strategies
• Experience supporting security governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proactive and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility for security
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate security requirements into practical actions
