Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master/Android App Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contribute in a mixed role within an SW R&D team, combining 20% Scrum Master responsibilities with 80% Android application development
• Drive development of Android applications with a strong focus on quality, performance and user experience
• Work hands-on with Git, Jira and Android Studio in daily development activities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery and ensure efficient development workflows
• Apply expertise in AOSP and Android Automotive OS to build and enhance platform-integrated applications
• Operate with a producer mindset, taking initiative and driving tasks independently
• Work in a hybrid setup in close alignment with the customer’s R&D organization

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and ability to guide agile processes
• Extensive background in Android application development
• Strong proficiency with Git, Jira and Android Studio
• Familiarity with AOSP and Android Automotive OS
• Valuable experience from automotive development environments
• Self-motivated and structured approach to work
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data/Electrical Engineering
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Meriting knowledge of automotive electrical systems and/or embedded systems in vehicles
