UX Designer – Learning & Experience Platforms

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to support a global learning technology transformation. In this role, you will help shape intuitive digital experiences that empower users in their learning and development journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, simplify complex systems, and design user-centric solutions that scale across large organizations.

Design intuitive and scalable tools that elevate the learning journey for learners, content creators, and administrators Lead user-centered design processes grounded in research Conduct interviews, identify pain points, and translate findings into design solutions Iterate through testing, feedback, and continuous refinement Transform complex learning structures into clear user flows and interfaces Utilize technologies such as AI, adaptive learning, and experience-based learning to evolve the ecosystem Collaborate with product, tech, and learning teams to align design work with business and user needs

5+ years of experience as a UX Designer Experience designing learning, education, or large-scale digital platforms Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies Strong capabilities in wireframing, prototyping, and UI creation Experience working with design systems High proficiency in Figma Proficiency in Miro Proficiency in Framer Experience designing scalable digital tools Strong communication within cross-functional product environments English at expert level

Start: 2026-01-01 End: 2026-12-31 Option to extend: Yes Workload: 100% Location: Malmö Remote work: Onsite 3 days/week required Travel: 5–8 days during the assignment
