Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Research Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Participate in evaluating palliative care in accordance with national guidelines.
• Analyze indicators and target levels to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of recommendations based on evaluation findings.
• Collaborate closely with project management, following established procedures.
• Attend expert group meetings during 2026 and 2027, approximately five full or half-day sessions, on-site or digitally.
• Provide ongoing expert support throughout the externalization process.

What you bring:

• Medical degree with experience in palliative care.
• Proven research experience and ability to analyze healthcare data.
• Solid knowledge of national guidelines and standards in palliative care.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to participate in scheduled meetings and provide continuous expert input
• Fluent in English and Swedish
