Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager-Electrical to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead electricity distribution projects independently from order to completed facility
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on all project activities in accordance with established project models
• Ensure technical, administrative, and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage authority contacts for ground works on both public and private land
• Handle and present budget matters independently towards company management and the board
• Ensure compliance with standards such as AB04 and AMA EL
• Work transparently and communicate professionally to build trust and enable effective cross-functional collaboration
• Contribute expertise to internal development initiatives and process improvements
• Report progress, risks, and deviations in a structured and timely manner
• Work on site at least three days per week, with the remaining time remotely
• Apply strong problem-solving skills, structured work methods, and proactive decision-making to secure delivery

What you bring:

• Documented experience working according to a standardized project model
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with PPM tools
• At least 3 years of experience with AB04, AMA EL, and electricity distribution projects
• Valid ESA-E2 training for non-electrical work
• Completed training aligned with AFS 2023:3
• Ability to independently manage government and authority contacts for ground works
• Ability to independently handle and present budget issues to management and board stakeholders
• Very strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
