Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and implement the overall test strategy for IoT with primary focus on the I_Site platform
• Drive the transition toward automated regression and system testing to accelerate release cycles
• Select, establish, and maintain testing frameworks and tools that enable fast, scalable, and reliable test execution
• Coach and mentor testers and developers in automation, performance testing, and quality best practices
• Ensure I_Site meets performance, scalability, and concurrency requirements across embedded devices and cloud environments
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to secure rapid, consistent, and actionable feedback
• Collaborate closely with the IoT team to align test direction with product goals and technical roadmaps
• Continuously improve testing processes, methods, and quality assurance standards across the organization

What you bring:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Test Manager or Test Lead with responsibility for strategy and quality assurance
• Strong background in designing, implementing, and scaling automated testing solutions
• Experience selecting and setting up automation and performance frameworks and tools
• Proven ability to guide and mentor QA engineers and developers in automation and performance testing
• Solid understanding of performance testing for distributed and connected systems, including IoT architectures
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to set direction and gain alignment
