Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead feasibility studies and projects focused on production development, including process optimization, machine investments, workshop restructuring, and modernization of production equipment and facilities.
• Drive and manage production-related projects in Finspång, ensuring alignment with operational goals and competitive manufacturing standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and lead initiatives related to:
• Investments in machines and production equipment
• Restructuring of workshop areas
• Modernization of machines and facilities
• Heavy lifting requirements and condition analyses
• Process optimization across production operations
• Follow the internal project model and execute all project phases, including:
• Capacity needs analysis
• Economic and financial investment evaluation
• Development of technical requirements specifications
• Review and creation of layouts for new installations or equipment relocations to ensure optimal production flow
• Compliance with cost targets, timelines, legal requirements, safety regulations, and performance metrics
• Prepare decision-making documentation for steering groups and other stakeholders.
• Develop improvement and action plans aimed at optimizing production methods, equipment performance, and overall efficiency.

What you bring:

• Proven experience managing projects within the manufacturing industry, particularly in process optimization and investment-driven initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of lifting regulations, heavy lifting requirements, and overhead crane handling.
• Solid understanding of production flows, industrial equipment, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to perform thorough technical, economic, and capacity-related analyses.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clear decision-support documentation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish
