Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Managing and providing user support for IT infrastructure with a strong focus on computerized systems in a GMP-regulated environment
• Acting as the operational link between the department and the central IT organization, ensuring alignment and secure delivery
• Performing daily support, troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as planning and coordinating system upgrades and improvements
• Contributing to procurement, implementation and validation of new systems and laboratory instruments
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements and data integrity expectations
• Training colleagues in system usage and best practices
• Supporting data storage, access control and audit trail management
• Participating as an IT specialist during inspections, with guidance provided where needed

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or IT operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networks, Active Directory (LDAP), scripting and troubleshooting
• Experience managing data storage related to instruments, including audit trails and data integrity
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Experience with administration and support of SharePoint Management Systems
• Practical experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware in operational environments
• Meritorious: experience from the pharmaceutical industry, experience in GMP-regulated environments and documented GMP knowledge (e.g., qualification documentation, deviation investigations)
• Personal qualities: communicative, structured, quality-focused and comfortable working hands-on with coordination across multiple stakeholders
