Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support a major system and process transformation within People & Culture across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate activities and ensure alignment by supporting the overall project manager
• Plan and organize project tasks, track delegated actions, monitor deadlines, and consolidate status updates
• Facilitate communication with IT regarding system-related questions and dependencies
• Support process harmonization, system decoupling activities, and preparation for upcoming changes
• Foster a positive, collaborative, people-centred, and data-driven project environment
• Update project plans, maintain risk registers, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and capture project progress
• Provide administrative support to enable strategic and operational decision-making

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Organization, HR, or Change Management
• Strong understanding of HR systems
• Leadership experience and the ability to drive work forward
• Experience coordinating change projects within HRIT or HR digitalization
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience building and facilitating teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Structured, proactive, and able to manage complexity through consistent follow-up
• Collaborative, trust-building approach with clear and audience-adapted communication
• Self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify obstacles early and propose practical actions
