Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Process Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and execute an evaluation mission involving seven regional workshops
• Plan, implement, and document all workshop activities from start to finish
• Develop a detailed time and work plan and design workshop formats tailored to each region when needed
• Identify and engage relevant stakeholders for participation
• Prepare supporting materials, including agendas, background documents, and interview guides
• Coordinate and ensure on-site delivery of workshops across all seven regions
• Conduct ongoing reconciliations and follow-up throughout the assignment
• Compile, analyse, and synthesise workshop results
• Produce a final deliverable that informs and supports continued development within the area

What you bring:

• Strong experience in process management and leading structured evaluation initiatives
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-site or multi-region workshops
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Ability to develop high-quality supporting materials and documentation
• Analytical capability to compile insights and produce clear, actionable final reports
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
