Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Performing advanced analytics and statistical modelling on large datasets to identify market trends, customer behaviour patterns, and business opportunities
• Applying mathematical, statistical, and economic techniques to assess market conditions and forecast customer demand
• Providing data-driven guidance to support product development, commercial decisions, and marketing strategies
• Designing and implementing data mining models, analytical frameworks, and reporting methodologies
• Segmenting target customers and simulating the impact of new product launches and marketing campaigns
• Quantifying the revenue effects of online marketing, e-commerce initiatives, and digital strategies
• Leading large-scale analytical projects and managing end-to-end processes with minimal oversight
• Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to junior analysts, ensuring high analytical and delivery standards
• Solving complex business problems using structured, data-driven approaches and industry expertise

What you bring:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, typically 8+ years in advanced analytics, modelling and data-driven decision support
• Strong expertise in statistical modelling, data mining, forecasting techniques, and quantitative analysis
• Proven experience working with large datasets and applying analytical insights to business, product, or marketing decisions
• Deep understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, and demand modelling
• Ability to design analytical models, reporting structures, and simulation frameworks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
• Experience leading complex projects and managing full analytical lifecycles with limited supervision
• Ability to coach and guide junior colleagues while ensuring analytical quality and consistency
• Strong problem-solving abilities, comfortable handling difficult and complex analytical challenges
