Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Informant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Produce clear and well-structured operator instructions using PowerPoint and established templates.
• Collect and validate information through interviews, on-site observations, photography, and documentation review.
• Manage and refine images, text, and technical content to create user-friendly and accurate instructions.
• Coordinate reviews with subject-matter experts and ensure documentation is approved according to internal standards.
• Analyze and improve the structure, readability, and information flow of technical documents.
• Communicate and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure information accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards.

• Proven experience working as a technical informant within an industrial environment.
• Strong interest in creating, writing, and presenting technical information for different user groups.
• Structured, systematic, and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• High level of independence with strong personal drive and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to analyze and refine technical content for clarity, readability, and usability.
• Good language sense and ability to ensure consistent information flow.
• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machinery safety.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
