Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Jira & Confluence Expert to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design, configure, and further develop the organization’s Atlassian platform with a focus on Jira and Confluence.
• Build and maintain advanced Asset Management solutions using Jira Assets/Insight, including schemas, object types, and automation rules.
• Develop user-friendly ordering portals and workflows that support efficient service management processes.
• Define and improve CMDB structures, ensuring accurate relationships, dependencies, and data integrity across the platform.
• Serve as a technical advisor and system architect in larger process- and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Jira/Confluence solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices for configuration, automation, and lifecycle management.
• Support users and teams with troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Atlassian ecosystem.

What you bring:

• Deep hands-on expertise in Jira and Confluence, including administration, configuration, and advanced customization.
• Strong experience with Jira Assets/Insight, CMDB design, and automation using built-in or external tools.
• Ability to design scalable workflows, permission structures, and integrations that support complex enterprise environments.
• Experience acting as a technical advisor or system architect in digitalization and process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
