We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analysts / Requirement Engineers – Multiply Teknik & IT

Are you a seasoned BA/RE ready to take on complex, high-impact assignments? At Multiply Teknik & IT, we’re strengthening our capabilities and looking for senior talent (8+ years experience) who can transform business needs and technical performance targets into clear, actionable requirements.

You’ll work with some of Sweden’s most prominent companies across automotive, industrial, finance, tech, and more—while also contributing to our in-house product VisFlow, our platform for visualizing and optimizing flow.

What you will do

• Lead requirements work from early feasibility to implementation

• Translate goals into measurable IT, system, or product requirements

• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignment

• Collaborate with global technical and business teams

• Ensure traceability, clarity, and successful delivery

We’re looking for

• 8+ years in business analysis or requirements engineering

• Strong ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders

• Experience with agile methods and tools (Jira, Confluence, ADO)

• Merit: Automotive, industrial, or regulated industry experience

• Merit: Tools such as Sparx EA, DOORS, Polarion, Jama

• Excellent English; Swedish is a strong bonus
