Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Advocate for and implement security best practices across ALM platforms and development tooling
• Facilitate effective cross-team collaboration to establish secure and scalable solutions
• Develop, document and standardise secure infrastructure and software protocols
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the organisation
• Coach and guide the team, supporting Product Owners in backlog prioritisation
• Identify improvement needs in internal ways of working, methods and tools, and evaluate new options to enhance IT development
• Provide operational support to business development teams using development platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• On-board and train new users, offering support with tool configuration and customisation

What you bring:

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on ALM
• An academic degree in system development or equivalent
• Proven experience coaching and guiding technical teams
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as TFS, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and a lean-agile mindset
• Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage
• Excellent organisational, time-management and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A proactive and resilient approach to solving complex challenges
• Technical expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud and Sonatype Lifecycle
