Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive – SW Monitoring Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Strengthen monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities to ensure early detection of issues affecting the SWS workshop tool.
• Drive improvements in observability and monitoring processes across the newly established Incident Management team.
• Collaborate with development teams, field quality engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure visibility into system health and reliability.
• Lead incident handling from detection through resolution, including communication with internal stakeholders and end customers.
• Analyze, prioritize, and escalate incidents as needed to secure rapid response and minimize downtime.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and facilitate Lessons Learned activities to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in a scheduled 24/7 on-call rotation, acting as Incident Manager during critical incidents.

What you bring:

• Proven experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Background as an Incident Manager or in similar operational roles handling major system incidents.
• Ability and availability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of electrical or embedded systems in vehicles (merit).
• Experience in software development or close collaboration with development teams (merit).
• Experience as a Problem Manager, Assignment Leader, or similar coordination role (merit).
