Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior React Developer and Test Automation Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design and establish a scalable frontend architecture for a React-based web application, including the introduction and maintenance of Architecture Decision Records (ADR)
• Set technical standards and best practices for React, TypeScript, component structure, state management, and performance optimization
• Drive a strong DevSecOps culture with a clear focus on cybersecurity, including CSP, authentication in Kubernetes, and SAST/DAST practices
• Ensure proper packaging, containerization, and deployment of the frontend using Docker and Kubernetes
• Take overall ownership of test strategy, quality assurance, and test automation across the project
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Python and Pytest
• Implement and maintain frontend and end-to-end tests using frameworks such as Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality feedback
• Maintain and continuously improve the regression test suite
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate functionality, and ensure high-quality deliveries
• Drive continuous improvement of development and testing processes through reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing

What you bring:

• Expert-level knowledge of React, including hooks, rendering lifecycle, and performance optimization
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend architecture principles
• Extensive hands-on experience with test automation using Python and Pytest
• Proven track record of leading test strategy and quality assurance efforts within development teams
• Solid experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how to integrate automated testing effectively
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes-based application environments
• High awareness of application security, including OWASP Top 10, secure container handling, and token management
• Experience with state management solutions such as TanStack Query, Zustand, or Redux is an advantage
• Background in hardware configuration, IoT, industrial interfaces, YANG, or ASP.NET C# is considered a plus
