ICS Cybersecurity Expert

We are looking for an experienced ICS Cybersecurity Expert for a global manufacturing company in Lund to act as the technical reference for all activities within industrial cybersecurity.

Start is ASAP, 9 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 50% onsite in Lund. 

In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance across cybersecurity domains, including NIS2 compliance and certification efforts. You will play a key role in driving and developing the industrial cybersecurity agenda within automation and digital solutions in a global context.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven experience within automation and industrial cybersecurity

• University degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field

• Recognized expertise in automation and industrial IT, with a strong focus on networks and hardware

• IEC 62443 certification is considered a strong merit

• Ability to stay up to date with external trends, regulatory developments, and best practices, and apply effective and efficient ways of working

• Experience working with global organizations and diverse teams is highly valued

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered a merit.

This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is in January 2026 , 9 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
