Senior Intune & Endpoint Management Specialist

We are looking for an Intune & Endpoint Management Specialist to strengthen a modern workplace setup with a strong focus on security, compliance, and efficient device lifecycle management. You will work hands-on with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, supporting endpoint initiatives and improvements together with cross-functional teams.

• Own and manage Microsoft Intune for device, application, and compliance administration
• Create and maintain Intune policies for compliance and security configurations
• Configure and manage endpoint devices, primarily Windows
• Administer and continuously improve Windows Autopilot to streamline provisioning
• Handle application management and deployments
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure used for the Intune Certificate Connector and existing Configuration Manager-related servers
• Contribute to endpoint-related projects, driving innovation and efficiency
• Document device configurations, processes, and supporting procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to device management

• Proven, recent experience in endpoint management and administration
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune (devices, applications, and compliance policies)
• Deep knowledge of Windows Autopilot
• Experience with Patch My PC
• Recent experience in roll-out projects to end-users and cross-team collaboration
• Experience documenting products/services and managing lifecycle accordingly
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and sprint planning
• Experience working with Atlassian tools, primarily Jira and Confluence

• Experience managing Mac systems and knowledge of Jamf
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop deployments
• Experience deploying to iOS and Android
• Relevant certifications within Intune/Endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Jamf
