Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Siemens PLC competence to support the development of a new multifunctional test facility.

What You Will Work On

• Developing and programming PLC solutions using Siemens TIA Portal
• Working with fail-safe modules, PROFIsafe, and complex PLC systems
• Contributing to the development of a new multifunctional test facility
• Participating in the full project lifecycle from concept to final solution
• Performing risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation activities
• Collaborating closely with specialists in a cross-functional project team
• Supporting commissioning and validation of automation solutions
• Working on-site during the initial project phase, with potential for hybrid work later

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLC and TIA Portal
• Experience with fail-safe systems, PROFIsafe, and advanced PLC solutions
• Proven experience in risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk management
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams end-to-end
• Previous involvement in similar development or commissioning projects is an advantage
• Self-driven and proactive working style
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be clear and structured in dialogue
• Confidence in a senior professional role with high responsibility
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to take initiative when needed
