Assignment Overview

We are seeking an Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project-related quality activities within internal production
• Act as the main contact for project quality matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements throughout project execution
• Coordinate and prioritize quality activities in collaboration with production and project stakeholders
• Manage and support customer witness inspections in the production environment
• Collect, review, and validate quality documentation such as quality plans, control plans, and inspection documentation
• Support continuous improvement within the quality and production processes
• Ensure traceability and structured documentation aligned with project requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar)
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience or education related to design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery (meritorious)
• Previous experience working within a quality organization (meritorious)
• Structured and collaborative working style
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive project quality activities forward
