Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Tester

What You Will Work On

• Execute hands-on testing for consumer loan products, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end flows
• Test the full consumer loan lifecycle: onboarding, scoring/decisioning, loan creation, repayment schedules, refinancing, customer communications, fees, and interest configurations
• Prepare test cases, scenarios, and test data to validate product behavior across multiple systems and integrations
• Execute country-specific test cases, including regulatory requirements and payment flows
• Validate product parameters and business rules defined by the Offering Product Manager
• Ensure alignment of tests with to-be processes, SOPs, and operational behavior
• Log defects, support root-cause analysis, follow up on fixes, and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing cases, guiding business testers, and validating results
• Provide clear reporting on progress, defects, risks, and test evidence to Project Managers and program Test Leads

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience testing consumer loan products or similar banking products
• Strong understanding of consumer lending flows: application, scoring, loan creation, repayment logic, customer communication, and regulatory checkpoints
• Strong testing skills in functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios across multi-system landscapes
• Ability to work in a structured and collaborative way in a multi-vendor environment
• Clear communication skills and ability to report status effectively
