Component Owner (AutoTune)

As Component Owner for the AutoTune (AT) system within the Engine Management Systems (EMS) domain, you will own the component from a technical, quality, and lifecycle perspective. You act as the coordination hub between embedded software development, hardware and mechatronics, calibration, test/labs, subsystem stakeholders, and external suppliers. The assignment focuses on ensuring the AutoTune component meets functional, quality, and delivery expectations and is developed and released in line with established ways of working.

• Serve as the primary interface towards embedded software teams, hardware and mechatronics teams, calibration engineers, subsystem stakeholders, product labs/test engineers, and external suppliers.
• Plan and coordinate development and release activities for the AutoTune component in alignment with roadmaps and team workflows.
• Own and communicate delivery plans and dependencies, including impacts from resource constraints or technical changes.
• Coordinate sprint-level planning for software teams related to AutoTune when needed.
• Ensure production readiness, including calibration coverage for supported hardware and carburetor/ignition combinations.

• Strong technical understanding of engine management systems.
• Experience with embedded systems development, calibration workflows, and diagnostic toolchains.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agile development and tools like JIRA.
• Professional communication skills in both English and Swedish.
