Assignment Overview

We are seeking a CAE Engineer within NVH

What You Will Work On

• Perform simulations and analysis of noise and vibration in vehicle systems.
• Evaluate NVH behavior for propulsion systems, AC compressors, fans, blowers, pumps, electric motors, and related components.
• Suggest improvements and technical solutions based on NVH analysis.
• Work closely with design departments to evaluate new concepts and functions from an NVH perspective.
• Support vehicle development teams in setting system-level NVH requirements.
• Communicate simulation and analysis results to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Guide design improvements to optimize vibration and acoustic performance.
• Participate in vehicle program teams and contribute to technical decision making.
• Lead specific assignments depending on experience and expertise.
• Contribute to development of improved simulation methods, processes, and engineering guidelines.

What You Bring

• Strong competence in vibration isolation, structural dynamics, and applied acoustics.
• Experience working with finite element simulations in automotive or mechanical systems.
• Experience performing simulations for complete vehicle systems.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as ANSA, HyperMesh, Nastran, MATLAB or Python, and MS Office.
• MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Acoustics, Engineering Physics, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience working within automotive product development environments is highly valuable.
