Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Development Engineer within chemical production

What You Will Work On

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and document pilot-scale trials.
• Test products and production processes using new equipment in laboratory, pilot, and full-scale environments.
• Support development and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes.up
• Initiate and drive minor investment projects related to new equipment and production improvements.
• Analyze results from trials and propose improvements to processes and operations.
• Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and technical specialists.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within manufacturing.
• Work in both hands-on operational environments and analytical documentation tasks.

What You Bring

• MSc in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience within the process industry.
• Strong experience working in industrial production environments.
• Ability and willingness to run hands-on pilot trials.
• Comfortable balancing practical work and technical documentation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with resin manufacturing is highly valuable.
• Knowledge of process intensification is considered a strong advantage.
• Self-driven, curious, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in complex environments.
• Thrives in roles that combine operational and analytical responsibilities.
