Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer

What You Will Work On

• Drive UX work across multiple agile product teams.
• Understand complex user journeys, systems, and organizational needs.
• Translate user insights and research into clear design solutions.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and user research activities.
• Create user-centered designs aligned with business and product goals.
• Ensure consistent user experiences across channels and digital products.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on UX-related decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices within the organization.

What You Bring

• At least four years of experience working as a UX Designer.
• Experience working independently in complex organizations.
• Ability to build trust quickly with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience designing for employee systems or internal tools.
• Strong capability to drive the design process from insight to delivery.
• Experience working in agile environments, preferably using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to combine operational delivery with strategic UX thinking.
