Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Sourcing Consultant / Transition Lead

What You Will Work On

• Analyze and compare incoming IT supplier proposals (scope, cost, SLA, risks, dependencies, flexibility).
• Ensure proposed IT delivery meets actual business requirements.
• Provide independent advisory support in supplier selection and sourcing decisions.
• Lead the initial phase of the supplier transition (transition planning and execution).
• Act as the primary liaison with external IT suppliers, internal stakeholders, and global IT function.
• Document recommendations, decision support materials, and next steps.

What You Bring

• Documented experience in IT sourcing, vendor transitions, and IT service delivery.
• Experience working in organizations without internal IT functions.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, support, and service delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Experience working in international organizations.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and decisively.
• Basic knowledge of IT security and GDPR requirements relevant to handling personal data.
