Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Test Leader / Tester

What You Will Work On

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct test focus analysis (TFA) meetings with stakeholders.
• Lead discussions on test strategy with developers, testers, and operations teams.
• Create, update, and manage test plans and test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Prioritize and manage bugs in collaboration with development and operations.
• Ensure adherence to the bank’s testing process, including documentation and secure storage of test evidence.
• Update user stories based on TFA input, write test reports, and update test status in ADO.
• Participate in E2E testing with other systems when required.
• Perform regression tests, validate new developments and change requests, and interpret test results.
• Maintain and enhance scripts for data comparisons using SAS.

What You Bring

• Experience in test management and hands-on testing within data warehouse or decision support systems.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Excel.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage TFA meetings, test plans, and priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with development, operations, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Experience creating, managing, and executing test scripts and reporting results.
• Analytical skills to interpret test results and ensure quality and accuracy of data-driven systems.
