Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Drive development of assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA
• Ensure correct tools and equipment are available at production stations
• Collaborate closely with line technicians, operators, and support functions in daily operations
• Participate in weekly meetings with line managers and cross-functional teams to track progress and align priorities
• Support the value flow with urgency and a problem-solving mindset
• Optimize existing production flows and contribute to world-class manufacturing standards
• Influence the setup of new production lines at the Robotics Campus
• Implement Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a production engineer in assembly-focused factories
• Master of Science in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and World Class Manufacturing methodologies
• Ownership mindset and responsibility for production processes
• Structured, analytical, and collaborative approach
• Ability to act quickly to support production flows
• Strong drive for personal and process development
• Fluent in English; Swedish is advantageous
