Junior Product Owner

As Product Owner for a Digital Dealer solution, you will drive a user-centric and business-aligned product that supports efficient workshop and dealer processes. The assignment combines agile product leadership with a strong focus on data-driven decisions, performance tracking, and alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and maintain a transparent product roadmap
• Lead iterative, agile product development to maximize product value
• Ensure the solution supports effective workshop and dealer/service processes
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align priorities across functions
• Integrate AI, analytics, and data-driven insights into product development
• Define, track, and follow up on OKRs and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with strategic, security, and governance frameworks

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent
• Experience in agile delivery and iterative development
• Experience with digitalization of workshop or service processes
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital ecosystems
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• Ability to define and monitor OKRs/KPIs

• Experience with UX
• Experience with cloud
• Experience working with D365 program teams and related ecosystems
