Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Writer / UX Designer

What You Will Work On

Technical Documentation (Primary Focus)

• Write, update, and maintain Instructions for Use (IFU) and manuals for products (kits and software)
• Structure, manage, and publish documentation using CCMS tools (e.g., Paligo)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with translation vendors and manage multilingual documentation workflows
• Maintain clarity, consistency, traceability, and regulatory alignment

UX Design

• Collaborate with developers to design and improve user interfaces
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro)
• Support design documentation and traceability (e.g., Polarion)
• Ensure UX aligns with product requirements, regulatory constraints, and usability standards
• Contribute to usability improvements across the product lifecycle

What You Bring

• Experience in technical documentation and/or UX design
• Ability to work across both documentation and UX domains
• Experience with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar)
• Experience with design or requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion)
• Experience working in regulated environments (ISO 13485, MedTech, IVD, or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical information
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of Swedish
