Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

What You Will Work On

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions
• Define architecture and technical design aligned with platform standards
• Develop and configure solutions within ServiceNow platform
• Ensure maximum use of out-of-the-box functionality to reduce technical debt
• Work with JavaScript scripting and API integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects
• Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices
• Coach and support developers within the team
• Ensure adherence to CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Drive testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities
• Participate in architecture discussions and long-term platform strategy
• Collaborate with external vendors and delivery partners
• Work in agile teams to deliver incremental value

What You Bring

• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience with ServiceNow SPM module
• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Specialist in ServiceNow implementations
• Hands-on experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Strong development experience in ServiceNow (JavaScript, APIs, integrations)
• Solid understanding of out-of-the-box solutions and technical debt minimization
• Experience working in complex programs and multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on delivery
