About the Company

Avaron helps you find assignments that match your skills and ambitions. As a permanently employed consultant with us, you get competitive terms – combined with the variety and growth that a consulting career offers.

About the Assignment

You will take a central role in a large CRM transformation where the focus is not only on delivering a new solution, but on making sure the business is fully ready to adopt and operate it from day one. This is a senior assignment for you who combine structured change leadership with hands-on program delivery and know how to turn plans into real business readiness.

You will own the end-to-end readiness view across business impact analysis, planning, target operating model alignment, training, trials, pilots, and service operations readiness. The environment is multi-country and fast-moving, with phased delivery, close collaboration across business and technical teams, and a strong focus on reducing risk during cutover and adoption. It is an exciting opportunity to influence how a major CRM rollout is introduced, anchored, and made operational in practice.

Job Description
  • You will lead the full business readiness planning and execution in line with the integrated program plan and business phasing.
  • You will make sure readiness activities are sequenced correctly against design, build, migration, and release milestones.
  • You will drive business impact assessments covering processes, roles, ways of working, and operational hand-offs across markets.
  • You will coordinate friendly user trials so business users can validate end-to-end journeys, operational processes, and readiness assumptions ahead of broader rollout.
  • You will guide the training approach together with the assigned training resource, including role-based setup, materials, scheduling, and readiness sign-off.
  • You will own readiness sign-off for key program milestones and provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders when needed.
  • You will lead go-live readiness, including the period where legacy and new solutions run in parallel, and help the business operate confidently across both environments.
  • You will work closely with business leads, business champions, and technical delivery teams to surface risks, dependencies, and cross-functional readiness needs early.
  • You will organise and drive a small readiness team while contributing hands-on in impact assessments and process-related work.
Requirements
  • Strong experience leading business change and business readiness in large, multi-country transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and within a broader program setup.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex delivery topics into clear business impacts and decisions.
  • Experience leading and motivating a small readiness team in a fast-moving environment with evolving scope and phased delivery.
  • Strong personal contribution in business impact assessments and process definitions.
  • Experience from telco or other customer-facing transformation programs.
Nice to have
  • Formal background or certification in change management.
  • Experience working in a multi-country or matrix business environment.
What We Offer
  • Permanent employment at Avaron AB
  • Occupational pension
  • Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year
