Frontend Engineer

Join Aleido's Tech team and help build the platform that transforms how technical information is created and delivered - at the intersection of AI, engineering, and UX.

You'll work in a cross-functional product team - alongside Frontend, Product, and UX - with real ownership over what ships. This is a role for engineers who care about craft.

• Own frontend implementation of features from specification to deployment

• Deliver high-quality UI with a relentless focus on usability and visual consistency

• Build reusable components and drive the evolution of our design system

• Write robust, testable, maintainable code in TypeScript and React

• Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks and reduce technical debt

• Integrate AI-assisted tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow

This is a mid-level role - well suited for someone with a few years of experience who is comfortable working independently while genuinely enjoying collaboration and technical discussion. You don't need to have seen it all; you need solid fundamentals and the curiosity to keep growing.

Required skills and experience:

• Good understanding of TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture

• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and data flows

• Some familiarity with automated testing, component-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines

• A performance optimisation mindset and solid debugging skills

• Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise usability practices

• Fluent in both English and Swedish - spoken and written

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system

• Background in larger, platform-oriented or product-driven environment
