Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Configuration Manager

What You Will Work On

• Own and manage configuration, change, and release processes across the program
• Establish and enhance configuration management frameworks and best practices
• Ensure traceability, governance, and control across environments and releases
• Drive continuous improvements in DevOps practices and delivery quality
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams
• Act as a key interface between technical and business stakeholders
• Support large-scale transformation initiatives with structured configuration processes
• Implement automation and standardization across environments

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in senior roles such as Configuration Manager, Release Manager, or similar
• Strong technical background in software development and infrastructure
• Experience working in complex integration environments and large transformation programs
• Deep understanding of modern configuration management practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Git
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, CloudBees, or GitLab CI/CD
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash)
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (DDL, DCL, TCL, triggers, views, stored procedures)
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
