Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

You will lead a large-scale global initiative focused on replacing network hardware across a complex IT landscape. The scope covers routers, switches, and related network solutions, and the role gives you end-to-end responsibility from planning and scope definition to delivery, handover, and follow-up.

You will work closely with network specialists, architects, operations teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors in an international environment where many dependencies need to be aligned. This is a role for you if you enjoy creating structure in complex infrastructure programs and driving progress without losing sight of quality or business impact.

• You will define project scope, objectives, delivery plans, and milestones for a global network hardware replacement program.
• You will create rollout plans across regions and sites, with focus on quality, coordination, and minimal disruption to the business.
• You will identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions in a complex infrastructure environment.
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to keep deliveries aligned and moving forward.
• You will lead the execution of hardware replacement covering routers, switches, and surrounding network solutions.
• You will manage changes, deviations, and escalations in a structured and proactive way.
• You will secure and plan internal and external resources together with technical leads and suppliers.
• You will follow up on KPIs, progress, risks, and dependencies, and present status to steering groups and key stakeholders.
• You will ensure clear communication around scope, impact, and priorities, and translate complex technical topics into clear decision material.
• You will drive handover, post-project documentation, lessons learned, and improvement proposals.

• You have solid experience as a senior project manager within infrastructure and network-related initiatives.
• You have experience leading large-scale replacement or lifecycle management activities for network hardware in complex environments.
• You have strong understanding of routers, switches, and related network solutions.
• You are confident in managing stakeholders across technical teams, business functions, and external vendors.
• You have experience with planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, and reporting in global or international projects.
• You can create structure, simplify complexity, and drive execution with clarity and accountability.
• You communicate complex technical topics in a clear and effective way.
• You have fluent Swedish and English skills.
