Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead for Infor M3 Finance with responsibility for the overall technical landscape within the finance domain of Infor M3.

What You Will Work On

• Take overall technical responsibility for the Infor M3 Finance domain
• Support maintenance, optimization, and further development of the M3 platform
• Lead technical analyses related to upgrades, incidents, and system changes
• Ensure technical quality, stability, and performance within finance solutions
• Support architecture discussions and technical decision-making within the product team
• Work with setup, configuration, and integrations between M3 and surrounding systems
• Manage and support scheduled jobs, batch processing, and technical workflows
• Contribute to testing, release management, and change processes
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and architectural principles
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams
• Support secure and efficient role and authorization management within the M3 environment

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of documented experience working with Infor M3
• Deep technical expertise within Infor M3, especially Finance modules
• Experience with technical management and further development of Infor M3 environments
• Strong understanding of M3 architecture, scheduled jobs, batch processing, integrations, and technical workflows
• Ability to take overall technical ownership and responsibility
• Experience collaborating across teams and business domains
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site in Västerås, fully or partially depending on agreement
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset with strong decision-making ability
