SAP BTP Engineer

You will help shape cloud-based manufacturing solutions in a small, growing team that owns the full journey from idea to production support. The environment centers on SAP Digital Manufacturing, a cloud-based MES platform being integrated into an existing in-house manufacturing landscape, while custom services are built and operated on SAP BTP, Azure and Kubernetes.

In this role, you turn business needs into working, deployed solutions. You will work close to product owners and design, contribute to both platform capabilities and operator-facing functionality, and be involved in everything from integrations and CI/CD to runtime support. • You will drive new features together with product owners and the design team, from research and design to implementation and deployment.
• You will build and improve cloud services on SAP BTP and Azure/Kubernetes to support manufacturing processes.
• You will develop high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions based on service-oriented architecture.
• You will work with REST APIs, authentication flows and integrations across SAP, Azure and on-prem systems.
• You will help maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and AI-driven developer tooling.
• You will support end users in runtime, including third-line support when needed.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, C#/.NET and MS SQL.
• Experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and Azure Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth/JWT and cross-system integrations.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing configuration, including Production Processes, triggers and operator UIs.
• Ability to turn business requirements into working, deployed solutions.
• Fluent English.

• Experience from the manufacturing industry or a background in MES.
• Experience from the automotive industry.
