Software Release Leader

You will take a key role in the software release flow for a complete electrical system in a modern automotive environment. The assignment focuses on securing high-quality software baselines from development through release into vehicles, with responsibility spanning both new development and updates for vehicles in production and aftermarket.

This is a role for you who enjoy seeing the full picture and making complex deliveries come together. You will work at system level, coordinate many moving parts, and help improve the release process over time. • You will lead the release of quality-assured software baselines for the complete electrical system.
• You will coordinate continuous delivery work and bring together deliveries from multiple teams and stakeholders.
• You will take end-to-end ownership of the release flow and make sure progress stays on track across integration points and maintenance activities.
• You will align and synchronize function and software implementation at complete system level.
• You will plan releases, support prioritization of issues, and contribute to fault tracing when deviations are found.
• You will work closely with stakeholders across and beyond Engineering to secure readiness for each release.
• You will help improve release processes and ways of working to create a smoother and more reliable delivery flow.

• M.Sc. in Electrical and Software Engineering, or similar relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience from software development.
• Experience from integration-driven development in large-scale software product development.
• Experience in SW CI and CD from an integration perspective.
• Knowledge of how to evaluate definition of done to pass an integration event in an electrical system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to complete a basic background check covering education, employment history, identity, and citizenship verification.

• Experience from the client's development processes and programs.
• An established network in the client's organization.
• A structured, analytical, and proactive way of working.
• The ability to lead, listen, coach, and keep a holistic view in a complex environment.
