E-Invoicing Project Lead

You will step into an ongoing e-invoicing initiative where there is a clear need for stronger structure, follow-up, and delivery control. In this role, you will help shape how the project is run by creating a more agile setup, improving coordination across deliveries, and making progress easier to measure for both detailed project work and senior stakeholders.

This is a role for you if you enjoy bringing clarity to complex environments with ERP systems, integrations, and finance-related processes. • You will drive detailed cost follow-up and create transparency around project progress and delivery status.
• You will coordinate and follow up on deliveries across the project to keep activities aligned and moving forward.
• You will help restructure an already ongoing project and introduce a more agile way of working with sprint-based planning and execution.
• You will set up and develop project structures that make it easier to measure deliveries on both a detailed level and for management reporting.
• You will create KPI dashboards to track deliveries and support decision-making.
• You will work closely with stakeholders connected to ERP systems, integrations, and finance-related processes.

• Experience leading large projects.
• Experience with ERP systems and coordination of integrations.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum and other project model structures.
• Experience setting up and building project structures to measure deliveries in detail and at management level.
• Experience restructuring an already ongoing project.
• Experience with detailed cost follow-up.
• Experience in finance and ERP-related environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
