Senior Scrum Master

You will step into a senior agile leadership role in a complex Sales & Marketing environment where predictable delivery, clear priorities, and strong collaboration are essential. In this role, you help teams perform at a high level by creating structure, removing friction, and strengthening ways of working across both the team and the surrounding organisation.

You will work close to the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders to improve transparency, manage dependencies, and turn continuous improvement into real change. • You will plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a clear focus on outcomes, sprint goals, and decision-making.
• You will create transparency through agile artefacts that reflect progress, risks, and impediments in a clear and useful way.
• You will drive continuous improvement by ensuring retrospectives lead to concrete actions and follow-up.
• You will identify, manage, and escalate impediments that affect the team’s ability to deliver.
• You will handle dependencies and risks across teams, functions, and stakeholders.
• You will help protect the team’s focus by reducing unplanned scope changes and conflicting priorities during iterations.
• You will support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and planning.
• You will help ensure backlog items are defined well enough to enable effective estimation and delivery.
• You will facilitate collaboration between the team and stakeholders to create alignment on priorities and expectations.
• You will coach the team beyond formal ceremonies to strengthen agile maturity, accountability, collaboration, and self-leadership.
• You will observe team dynamics and address patterns that impact delivery capability and performance.
• You will communicate delivery status, trends, risks, and dependencies in a clear and fact-based way and represent the team in relevant coordination forums.

• Strong experience working as a Scrum Master in a senior agile delivery environment.
• Ability to enable high-performing, self-organising teams.
• Solid hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving outcome-focused ways of working.
• Ability to create transparency through relevant agile artefacts and clear communication around progress, risks, and impediments.
• Experience managing impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritisation, and planning.
• Ability to coach teams in agile maturity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build alignment across cross-functional settings.
• Good knowledge of English.
