Dellner Couplers is seeking an Operations Systems Specialist to join our global Operations Systems team. Dellner Couplers – a Wabtec Company - is a leading international company delivering sustainable, innovative, and high‑quality products and services to train operators and train builders worldwide. Our product portfolio includes couplers, gangways, and crash management systems for the railway industry.
About the Role
This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development. You will play a key role in supporting the global operations organization and participate in development initiatives related to our ERP system Infor M3 and our BI reporting tool Qlik.
Within Operations Systems, we develop BI applications, scripts, workflows, and M3 applications that support global processes, data‑driven decision‑making, and efficient ways of working across the organization.
The position involves a varied workload, managing both smaller tasks and larger projects in parallel, and close collaboration with colleagues from multiple functions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Qlik
- Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support business decisions
- Create and maintain workflows in Infor
- Develop H5 scripts using TypeScript
- Provide support and configuration for M3 applications
- Establish and maintain processes for document management within Infor
Organization & Location
The role is based at our head office in Vika, Falun and reports to the Operations Systems Manager. Operations Systems is part of the Global Operations organization. Occasional travel may be required.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in administration, IT, logistics, analytics, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. Experience in programming or scripting, such as SQL, TypeScript, or VBA, is highly valued. Familiarity with ERP systems is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
