Senior Platform Engineer

You will join a mature Data & Analytics environment where the focus is to strengthen a cloud platform used by engineering teams and analytics initiatives. This is a hands-on role close to production, with a clear mission to improve platform stability, delivery speed and operational quality. You will step into an established platform setup and contribute quickly, either through a defined backlog or where reinforcement is needed most across platform operations and enablement. It is a strong opportunity if you enjoy practical platform engineering in a setting where your work has immediate impact on reliability and execution.

• You will work hands-on in the cloud platform environment and contribute to continuous delivery.
• You will support platform operations, configuration, maintenance and incremental improvements.
• You will help remove operational bottlenecks and improve stability, quality and delivery speed.
• You will troubleshoot issues in production-oriented platform environments and drive them to resolution.
• You will take ownership of tasks and technical areas with limited handover or supervision.
• You will collaborate across multiple technical products and switch context when needed.

• You have a senior background in platform engineering and are comfortable working independently in mature platform environments.
• You have hands-on experience with GCP, or a strong Azure or AWS background with the ability to ramp up quickly in GCP.
• You have a solid understanding of platform engineering principles beyond individual tools.
• You have experience working with production platform environments.
• You have experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or an equivalent tool.
• You have worked with CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• You have experience in platform operations, maintenance, monitoring and operational troubleshooting.
• You are fluent in Swedish or English.

• Experience with GCP services for analytics, such as BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM or Vertex.
• Scripting or programming experience.
• A general understanding of security concepts in a platform context.
• You value documentation and long-term maintenance.
