Assignment Overview

Our client, a prominent organization within the finance and insurance sector, is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to support the development of next-generation Data & AI ecosystems. This opportunity offers a strategic and hands-on role where the selected candidate will contribute to designing scalable, secure, and responsible AI-driven solutions aligned with modern digital transformation initiatives.

The role involves close collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders, enabling the successful delivery of enterprise AI capabilities across cloud and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-level AI and data-driven solutions
• Partner with business teams, IT departments, and data specialists to develop scalable AI systems
• Build and implement cloud-based architectures supporting AI and advanced analytics platforms
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and strengthen the organization’s AI transformation journey
• Guide and support internal teams on AI technologies, development methodologies, and best practices
• Ensure architecture decisions align with business objectives, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in representing AI initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
• Support production-grade AI solution development with a focus on scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency

Required Experience

• Several years of proven experience in Solution Architecture and production-grade AI solution development
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and/or Machine Learning technologies
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and distributed systems
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Solid knowledge of MLOps practices, ML platforms, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and data pipelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, GDPR, and AI governance frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent-based AI systems and orchestration frameworks
• Exposure to LLM frameworks, LLMOps, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and retrieval pipelines
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and transparent AI implementation practices
• Prior experience within the finance or insurance industry is considered advantageous

Education Requirement
